Your complete satisfaction is our priority. To process a return, please ensure all conditions are met:

Items must be in original condition;
Notification must be sent within 48 hours of delivery;
Returns must be received by us within 20 days of delivery;
Customer covers all shipping costs and assumes return risks.
Non-compliant returns will be sent back.

Refund Method:
Email service@luckluckstone.com to initiate returns. Approved returns (non-defective) require customer-paid shipping. Refunds via original payment method within 14 working days after inspection.

Additional Notes:

A 25% restocking fee applies;
Original shipping costs non-refundable, return costs may exceed initial fees;
Customized items require approval for returns;
If you choose not to return the item, 25%-50% of the order amount may be refunded (case-dependent).
